Windows: Last Bootup Time

This is helpful to someone who's trying to obtain/maintain visibility into a Windows Server's last bootup time. This Metric could be used to build an audit to ensure that all servers have been rebooted in the desired past. This Metric can also be used to create a pointed Actionable Alert that alerts on if a server has not been rebooted in the desired past.
