Microsoft 365: Licenses set to expire within 30 days with no renewal list

You can use this metric to see which licenses are going to expire within 30 days that are not set to renew. It will also give you a count of how many of those licenses are in the warning state.

Use the metric below to get a count of how many license types are in a warning state for alerting and set the logic to > 0

Licensing[?prepaidUnits.warning > `0`].[skuPartNumber, `|` `Count of Licenses to Expire: `, prepaidUnits.warning] | length (@)

Query

Licensing[?prepaidUnits.warning > `0`].[skuPartNumber, `|` `Count of Licenses to Expire: `, prepaidUnits.warning]
