Office 365: Filter licensed users with roar exclusion group

Useful for excluding accounts that may trigger on the default O365 disabled users report which may still be licensed for a specific reason. Will need to create a 'RoarExclude' object in O365 tenancy.

Query

Exception rule (Summary)

Users[?accountEnabled == `false` && assignedLicenses.length(@) > `0` && !contains(Groups, `RoarExclude`)].[userPrincipalName, Assigned_Products][]

Rule trigger (Count)

Users[?accountEnabled == `false` && assignedLicenses.length(@) > `0` && !contains(Groups, `RoarExclude`)] | length(@)
