Roar Inspector: Enhanced Inspector Overages

This is helpful to someone who's trying to obtain/maintain visibility into Enhanced Inspector overages in their own Liongard instance, if not on Pooled Enhanced Inspector billing. This is a good Metric for an internal Liongard billing/instance health report.
